win7jili Terms and Conditions
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the win7jili platform. By accessing or registering an account, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below. These terms apply to all users of the platform in the Philippines.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or registering an account on the win7jili platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with any applicable policies referenced herein, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform. win7jili reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Eligibility and Age Requirement

win7jili does not permit use of its services by minors. If we have reason to believe a user is under 18, the account will be suspended pending age verification. Any winnings accrued during the period of underage use may be forfeited.
3. Account Creation and Security
To access the full features of win7jili, you must register an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update that information as necessary. Each user may hold only one account. Duplicate accounts may be closed without notice.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username or password with any other person. win7jili will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

4. User Obligations and Platform Usage Rules
By using the win7jili platform, you agree not to:
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable Philippine law or regulation.
- Attempt to manipulate, abuse, or exploit any game, feature, promotion, or system on the platform.
- Use automated tools, bots, scripts, or other software to access or interact with the platform.
- Engage in collusion, fraud, or any activity that gives an unfair advantage over other users.
- Upload, transmit, or distribute harmful, offensive, or misleading content through any communication feature on the platform.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with the technical systems underlying the platform.
win7jili reserves the right to investigate any suspected violation and to take appropriate action, including account suspension or permanent closure, at its sole discretion.
5. Payments and Transactions
All financial transactions on the win7jili platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). Deposits and withdrawals are processed through supported payment channels including GCash, Maya, bank transfer, and QR Ph. Specific limits and processing times vary by method and are subject to change.
You are responsible for ensuring that any funds deposited into your win7jili account come from a legitimate source and belong to you. The platform does not accept payments from third parties on behalf of a user.
Withdrawals are subject to identity verification requirements. win7jili reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. 6. Limitation of Liability and Intellectual Property
The win7jili platform is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to all features at all times. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, win7jili shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including losses arising from system downtime, data loss, or unauthorized account access beyond our reasonable control.
All content on the win7jili platform, including but not limited to logos, text, graphics, software, and game interfaces, is the intellectual property of win7jili or its licensed content providers. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written permission.
The platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services. win7jili does not endorse and is not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of any third-party service accessed through the platform.
7. Account Suspension, Closure, and Governing Law
win7jili reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where there is reasonable evidence of a breach of these Terms and Conditions, fraudulent activity, abuse of promotions, or any activity that poses a risk to the platform or other users. Users will be notified where possible, but win7jili is not obligated to provide advance notice in cases involving suspected fraud or security threats.
Users may also request closure of their own account at any time by contacting support. Outstanding balance at the time of voluntary closure will be processed subject to standard withdrawal verification requirements.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
